About Blink
Established in 1992 by Scott Idleman, Blink is a San Francisco-based design studio specializing in award-winning print media for the publishing, fashion, music and wine industries.
After graduation from the Kansas City Art Institute in 1986, Idleman relocated to New York where he was a designer/art director for Egg Magazine, Doublespace, Prescriptives, PolyGram Records, and Arnell Associates. After relocating to San Francisco in 1991, he became a consulting art director for Levi Strauss & Co. and formed Blink a year later. In addition to ongoing work for Levi's, he expanded his clientele to include book publishers, design for music posters, advertising, hi-tech, and winery branding.
In more recent years, Idleman has revisited his fine arts roots with works on canvas and paper. To see his online gallery, please visit www.scottidlemanart.com.
